Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience with data reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, SQL).
• Experience leading or mentoring analysts.
• Familiar with APAC payments landscape.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business and technology between commercial, operational, and technical teams.
• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements and translate to user stories and specs.
• Model current and future-state processes, data flows, and system interactions.
• Lead data-driven analysis across technical, financial, commercial topics.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, and sales teams.
• Mentor the BA team and raise analytical standards.
