Job summary

Global Payments Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a skilled financial analyst to support month-end close, revenue recognition, journal entries, and reconciliations in line with US GAAP.

You will turn complex data into insights, support planning and forecasting, strengthen internal controls, and deliver clear management reporting while collaborating with stakeholders across levels. Experience with EPBCS or Oracle ERP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes and US GAAP with a track record of timely results.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze complex datasets and communicate recommendations.
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities with ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written, verbal, and presentation skills with ability to partner with stakeholders at various levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely financial results for month-end close, revenue recognition, journal entries, and reconciliations under US GAAP.
• Turn complex financial data into actionable insights by comparing performance to budgets, forecasts, and prior results.
• Strengthen planning and forecasting by identifying key drivers, explaining variances, and recommending actions.
• Protect financial integrity by maintaining the general ledger and internal controls.
• Improve reporting and decision support with clear management reporting and data quality improvement.
