Job summary

Global Payments Philippines seeks a Financial Analyst to transform financial and operational data into insights that support planning, forecasting, and decision making across the Education Solutions Team.

You will collaborate with Finance leaders and cross-functional partners to strengthen internal controls, deliver accurate reporting, and drive performance improvements, with opportunities to grow in a global payments company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least three years of financial analysis, performance management, planning, or decision support.
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes, internal controls, financial reporting, and US GAAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to analyse complex datasets.
• Clear written, verbal, and presentation skills with stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Month-end close support, revenue recognition, journal entries, and reconciliations under US GAAP.
• Turn complex financial data into actionable insights by comparing budgets, forecasts, and prior-year results.
• Strengthen planning and forecasting by identifying drivers, explaining variances, and recommending actions.
• Maintain accurate general ledger data and reliable performance datasets with strong internal controls.
