Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst I to join the Business Analysis Team in the Philippines.

You will translate client needs into clear system requirements, helping design secure and user-focused technology solutions for global commerce. You will collaborate with experienced analysts, programmers, clients, and internal teams to gather requirements, map processes, and support testing and implementation, building a solid foundation in business analysis and contributing to end-user

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field; equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to develop practical requirements.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate with clients and teams.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Visio to design process flows; UML knowledge.
• Curious, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset with ability to learn new systems.

Responsabilités

• Translate business needs into clear requirements by gathering and analysing client information for system solutions.
• Support successful system development by providing accurate specifications, process flows, and implementation requirements.
• Assist in testing and validation to ensure functionality aligns with user expectations.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with standards including security requirements.
• Monitor progress and communicate risks to keep stakeholders aligned.
