Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in BPO/shared services delivering financial analysis.
• Strong variance analysis, data mining, and month-end close experience.
• Solid understanding of CAPEX vs. OPEX for correct classification.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookup formulas.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate forecasts into insights.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile payroll and financial data monthly for forecasts and reporting.
• Deliver standard and ad hoc reports; analyze variances for budget owners.
• Support month-end close and annual budgeting with subledger data.
• Document processes and improve workflows to handle high-volume demands.
