AimBig Employment Pty Ltd is recruiting a Global Finance Project Manager to lead end-to-end finance transformation and automation programs from Mandaluyong, Philippines. The role focuses on P2P and O2C transformations, driving process improvement, and coordinating across Finance, Technology, and Operations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in finance or business transformation, hands-on ERP experience, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Minimum years of project management experience required.
Minimum 5 years in Finance or Business Transformation.
Proven leadership of P2P or O2C transformation initiatives.
Strong background in process improvement and CI programs.
Experience delivering finance automation projects.
Hands-on ERP implementation or transformation experience.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
PMP and/or Six Sigma certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end finance transformation and process improvement projects.
Drive Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash transformation initiatives across the region.
Manage project planning, scope definition, requirements gathering, and execution.
Partner with Finance, Technology, Operations, and business stakeholders.
Lead finance automation and CI programs to optimize performance.
Support ERP implementation and transformation initiatives.
Identify process gaps and develop scalable solutions to improve efficiency and controls.
Prepare governance materials and present updates to senior leadership.
