Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Head of Finance Transformation to lead finance transformation, controllership, and finance systems initiatives for a global organization. The role targets a senior Finance leader with hands-on experience in BPO, Shared Services, or Global Business Services, and deep knowledge of finance systems, tax compliance, and process transformation.

Qualifications

12–15+ years in Finance, Accounting, Controllership, or Finance Systems.
At least 6 years leading Finance teams.
Experience in BPO, Shared Services, or Global Business Services.
Experience with Finance Transformation, ERP implementation, or process automation.
Strong knowledge of Philippine tax/regulatory compliance (BIR).
CPA or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
MBA is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead finance and controllership activities related to systems development/implementation.
Partner with IT and cross-functional teams on design, testing and processes improvements.
Drive finance transformation to improve processes, controls, systems, and efficiency.
Oversee month-end closing, system feeds, reconciliations, and controls.
Develop project plans and conversion/reconciliation frameworks for system changes.
Identify and resolve finance systems, process, and control issues.
Provide strategic direction to the local Finance team and direct reports.
Present updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with Philippine tax and regulatory requirements.
Oversee BIR filings and compliance, including VAT, withholding taxes, DST.
Ensure PEZA/BOI compliance and reportorial obligations.
Oversee Transfer Pricing compliance and intercompany arrangements.
Manage regulatory examinations and remediation activities.
Collaborate with external advisors, regulators, IT, and stakeholders.
