Private Advertiser is seeking an Export Business Development Specialist to drive international market expansion by securing opportunities with overseas distributors, retail chains, and international B2B partners.

The role manages international clients, supports export sales, ensures regulatory compliance, pricing, logistics, and distributor relationships, and travels internationally up to 30% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in export sales, international business development, or global trade.
• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or agricultural products preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs documentation, international shipping, and export processes.
• Willing to travel internationally up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new international markets, distributors, importers, and B2B clients.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, cold outreach, and international trade shows.
• Negotiate distribution agreements, pricing, payment terms, and commercial contracts.
• Ensure products comply with destination-country regulations, labeling, certifications, and import requirements.
• Prepare export pricing using Incoterms such as EXW, FOB, and CIF.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and freight forwarders for international shipments and cold-chain requirements.
• Manage relationships with overseas distributors and support their sales and marketing activities.
• Prepare export sales forecasts and monitor sales targets.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, QA, and Operations to ensure smooth export order execution.
• Travel internationally for trade fairs, distributor meetings, and market visits.
