Job summary

JPMorganChase in the Philippines is seeking a Quality Analyst to independently audit employee expense processing, validate policy compliance, and drive remediation. You will identify defect trends, analyze root causes, and deliver actionable insights to strengthen governance and consistency across regions.

You will partner with expense processing teams and leaders to raise standards, provide coaching, and ensure accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform quality audits of employee expenses to validate compliance with policies and procedures.
• Review travel and entertainment expenses for accuracy, approvals, business purpose and documentation.
• Execute risk-based sampling and testing to ensure adequate audit coverage.
• Identify and escalate unusual transactions to strengthen the control framework.
• Assess reviewer decisions for consistency and identify training needs across regions.
• Own audit issue management from logging to remediation and evidence collection.
• Prepare regular reports and share actionable improvements with leaders.
• Collaborate with managers to align standards and share best practices.
• Provide structured feedback and coaching to regional teams.
• Participate in projects related to expense governance and system changes.
• Maintain complete audit documentation for governance reviews.
