Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in receivables management or financial reconciliation is a plus.
• Experience using Alteryx or iRecs (or similar tools) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Reconcile corporate card receivables and analyze aging.
• Identify risks and exceptions and support mitigation.
• Synthesize data from multiple sources to inform decisions.
• Develop frameworks to analyze complex processes and highlights control points.
• Prepare concise client documentation to present findings.
• Participate in projects from initiation through implementation with PM disciplines.
• Collaborate with teams to conduct root cause analyses and resolutions.
• Demonstrate independent judgment within policies; consult SMEs as needed.
