Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is hiring a CPS Expense Specialist to support Belgium operations by processing employee expenses and vendor invoices in line with policy. You will work with employees, Finance, and HR to ensure accurate, timely transactions and strong controls.

You will be part of an international team focused on delivering high-quality service, maintaining compliance, and improving processes to support global business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in a multinational or shared services environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process company invoices and employee expense claims within contractual timelines and policy requirements.
• Perform reconciliation, validation, and payment submission for vendor invoices.
• Review and approve expense reports, ensuring documentation is complete and compliant.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR stakeholders to support operational processes.
• Respond to employee queries and resolve concerns related to expense claims.
• Maintain controls and identify risks and mitigation opportunities.
• Support achievement of SLAs and performance targets.
