Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking a CPS Expense Specialist to support Belgium operations by handling end-to-end expense and vendor invoice processing in line with policy.

You will collaborate with employees, Finance, and HR to ensure timely, accurate processing, reconciling, and resolving queries, while maintaining controls and service levels in a diverse, international setting.

This role offers exposure to global processes and opportunities to develop in a dynamic shared services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience working in a multinational or shared services environment.
• Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Experience in a Shared Services or Technology industry environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process company invoices and employee expense claims within contractual timelines and policy requirements.
• Perform reconciliation, validation, and payment submission activities for vendor invoices.
• Review and approve expense reports, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policy.
• Partner closely with Finance and HR stakeholders to support operational processes.
• Respond to employee queries and resolve concerns related to expense claims.
• Ensure operational controls are maintained and identify potential risks and mitigation opportunities.
• Support the achievement of operational service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets.
