Job summary

ShiftCare Inc. is seeking an events coordinator based in the Philippines to support its global events program across Australia, North America and Canada.

You will own end-to-end planning, vendor coordination, registrations, run sheets and post-event ROI, taking admin work off Sales and Marketing so they can focus on customers and onsite execution. This full-time role requires strong organisation, English proficiency, and comfort working remotely with a global team, overlapping Australian hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in events coordination or marketing operations.
• Experience managing the full event lifecycle: planning, registrations, logistics, run sheets and post-event reporting.
• Highly organised with strong run sheets and project plans.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working remotely with a global team and overlapping Australian hours.
• Proficient with planning tools and event platforms.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end event planning with timelines, milestones and checklists.
• Coordinate venues, suppliers, partners, AV, freight and contracts.
• Manage registrations, attendee lists, confirmations and badges.
• Coordinate marketing collateral with design team (brochures, banners, digital assets).
• Plan shipping and logistics, including customs documentation.
• Track budgets, raise POs, reconcile invoices and report variances.
• Coordinate speaker briefs, bios, headshots and exhibitor portal admin.
• Build pre-event, onsite and post-event run sheets and checklists.
• Deliver post-event ROI reporting, lead capture reconciliation and debriefs.
