Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in Finance Master Data management within an ERP environment
- Strong knowledge of Finance and Controlling master data objects and their business impact
- Experience supporting ERP implementations or transformation programs, including process documentation and deployment activities
- Solid project management skills and ability to coordinate across multiple workstreams
- Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders to build alignment across functions
- AI-literacy and ability to assess AI tools responsibly in a corporate setting
- Focus on Finance Master Data and Inventory migration, SAP standard costing, and data load verification in Life Sciences ERP projects
