Job summary

Merck Group is seeking an ERP Project Manager Migration to lead the Finance Master Data migration within a global ERP transformation initiative. You will design, plan, and execute data migration activities, coordinating with IT, Data, and Finance stakeholders to ensure data integrity and timely delivery.

You should bring 8+ years in project management with ERP experience, proficiency in PM methodologies, and strong stakeholder management across diverse geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, CS, or related field with 8+ years of progressive project management experience.
• 3+ years delivering data migration or data-centric projects, preferably ERP.
• Experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics) in multinational settings.
• Knowledge of structured PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Strong stakeholder management across technical, business, and executive teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, planning, and execution of Finance Master Data migration within a global ERP transformation program.
• Coordinate with IT, Data, and Finance stakeholders to ensure data integrity and timely delivery.
• Influence across teams and communicate clearly to senior leadership.
