Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a Management Accounting Specialist role.
• End-to-end knowledge of ERP processes in management accounting.

• Proactive, independent, structured, and collaborative work style.
• Lean & Six Sigma Yellow Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement project portfolio for Manila Hub Management Accounting.
• Drive project management of selected initiatives and ERP rollout.
• Establish a center of excellence for Management Accounting.
• Prepare decks for management presentations and coordinate meetings.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with global stakeholders and ERP users.
• Contribute to 15-20% process operation and 75-80% project work.
