Job summary

ProV International (Philippines), Inc. is seeking an experienced practitioner to handle the Engineering Document Control Center (DCC) for worldwide operations.

You will manage document control for AutoCAD drawings, procedures, manuals and specifications, ensuring timely processing of edits and distributions. Responsibilities include maintaining DCC policies, prioritizing work, coordinating with multiple departments, and updating SOPs to Noble CAD standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience as office support or coordinator with handling administrative tasks.
• Experience in marine/offshore or drilling industries preferred for operations support.
• Ability to manage service requests and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Work independently and in teams across functions and disciplines.
• Understand and follow SOPs, quality management systems and asset apps.
• Strong written and verbal communication with collaborators.

Responsibilities

• Handle DCC workflows daily to deliver consistent service to the global organization.
• Follow DCC policies and procedures, including training materials and work instructions.
• Manage workload, prioritize tasks and update document status regularly.
• Maintain objectives and KPIs in line with department goals.
• Maintain DCC workspaces, processes, workflows, user groups and mail lists.
• Oversee Engineering Data Management system matters and changes.
• Coordinate tasks within the team and with Engineering, Operations and Corporate.
• Update drafting procedures to Noble CAD standards and data control practices.
• Perform document control tasks to keep content current in the system.
