Job summary

ProV International PH is seeking a DCC Coordinator to handle engineering document control for operations worldwide. You will manage documents such as AutoCAD drawings, SOPs, manuals, and certificates, ensuring accurate processing, updates, and distribution to stakeholders.

The role requires independent work within a multi-discipline team, adherence to SOPs and ERP systems, and strong communication to support the global assets and projects.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle and process service requests for technical operations
• Follow SOPs and quality management systems (QMS)
• Work with ERP systems and asset management applications
• Coordinate with stakeholders across functions
• Maintain timely and accurate document control workflows

Responsibilities

• Handle DCC workflows daily to provide top-level service to the global organization
• Follow DCC policies, guidelines, and procedures and training materials
• Manage workload, prioritize tasks, and update document statuses
• Maintain and monitor engineering data management system matters
• Coordinate projects from Engineering, Operations and Corporate Departments
• Update drafting procedures to Noble CAD standards and data control practices
• Assist internally and with third parties for production and execution of documents
• Provide progress updates and maintain effective communication with the DCC Manager and Team Lead
