Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Business Development
• 8+ years in the energy sector, specifically ESS
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Global experience with multicultural understanding

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement best practices for BESS projects across product lines.
• Establish metrics and targets for continuous improvement in project delivery.
• Build relationships with key technology vendors in the battery energy storage industry.
• Negotiate contracts with customers, partners, vendors, and installation subcontractors.
• Present project status to the global team and participate in industry conferences.
