Job summary

Argus Media in Manila is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to hunt new business for the Delegate and Sponsorship Sales team. You will generate qualified leads, research markets, and create opportunities.

You'll perform high-volume outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach, qualify prospects, and hand over to Delegate Sales Executives. You will build target account lists and expand into new industries to support conference growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales roles.
• Proven ability to generate leads and create new business opportunities.
• Strong prospecting, research and qualification skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads and sales opportunities through proactive outreach to net new prospects.
• Identify and research new companies, contacts and market segments that are not currently engaged with Argus.
• Conduct high volumes of outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach to build pipeline for the Delegate Sales team.
• Qualify prospects and hand over opportunities to Delegate Sales Executives for conversion.
• Build and maintain target account lists through market mapping, research and audience development activities.
• Drive expansion into new industries, geographies and customer segments to support conference growth.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity data within Salesforce.
• Collaborate closely with Delegate Sales, Marketing and Sponsorship teams on lead generation campaigns.
• Consistently achieve activity and pipeline generation targets.
