Dayforce, Inc. seeks a Senior Business Insights Consultant, Global Enablement to translate operational data into actionable insights that drive performance across the Global Enablement organization.

This role serves as the trusted analytics partner for Enablement and Operations leadership by providing visibility into workforce performance, case distribution, productivity, operational health, and global enablement KPIs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in BI, Analytics, or related fields.
• Experience supporting global operations or shared services.
• Ability to build executive dashboards and KPI frameworks.
• Experience influencing business decisions with analytics.
• Experience with forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and productivity metrics.
• Experience with CRM or case management platforms such as Salesforce, Dayforce Case Management, or ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary analytics partner to Global Enablement leadership by delivering meaningful operational and strategic insights.
• Translate complex business questions into analytical solutions that support executive decision-making.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders in a clear and compelling manner.
• Develop and maintain performance scorecards that measure productivity, utilization, efficiency, quality, and capacity.
• Analyze workforce trends to identify opportunities for improved performance and resource optimization.
• Support workforce planning through forecasting, capacity modeling, and productivity analysis.
• Recommend performance improvement initiatives based on analytical findings.
