Job summary

Continental is seeking an EDI Central Key User APAC to drive the design and improvement of EDI solutions in support of global sales operations. This role focuses on ensuring seamless data exchange and optimizing EDI capabilities for the Tire division.

The successful candidate will have extensive process expertise in sales and Order-to-Cash, leveraging strong EDI and SAP SD knowledge while collaborating with diverse global teams. The position includes a hybrid work setup and offers HMO upon hire.

Qualifications

• Extensive expertise in sales and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Proven experience as Key User or Business Analyst and in project management.
• Fluent in English; additional languages considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Drive design, implementation, and improvement of EDI solutions.
• Manage sales-focused EDI connections and ensure smooth operations.
• Define and implement KPIs for EDI progress and efficiency.
