Job summary

Continental Global Business Services Manila, Inc. seeks a Senior Business Process Consultant EDI Operations (SAP SD/MM - EDI) to lead strategic analysis and optimization of our EDI operations.

You will coordinate across IT, operations, and business units to ensure compliant and efficient data exchange worldwide. You will design, implement, and oversee EDI workflows, mentor junior staff, and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement while maintaining data security and regulatory

Qualifications

• 3+ years in EDI operations or consulting.
• Experience with SAP EDI implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English and MS Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize EDI operations to reduce costs and improve service delivery.
• Design and oversee improvements to EDI workflows in compliance with standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and business units to identify gaps and implement solutions.
• Manage EDI configurations, data mapping, and integration protocols for seamless data exchange.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, SOPs, and technical specs.
• Monitor EDI KPIs and generate reports for senior stakeholders.
• Lead process-improvement initiatives using best practices to transform operations.
• Provide guidance to internal teams and external partners on EDI operations.
