Job summary

TASQ is seeking a Senior EDI Lead to drive a global team across regions from its Makati hub. You will oversee end-to-end EDI delivery and ensure compliance with X12 and EDIFACT standards.

Collaborating with Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, IT, and external partners, you will shape the EDI roadmap, manage budgets, and lead initiatives for performance and modernization in a fast-paced multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on EDI implementation, support, or solution management.
• 3+ years of people leadership in a global or multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of EDI standards and integration processes (X12, EDIFACT).

• Lead and develop a global team of EDI professionals, driving performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement across multiple regions and time zones.
• Oversee end-to-end EDI solution delivery, including design, implementation, optimization, support, and compliance with EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, etc.). Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships with Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, IT, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless integration and business operations.
• Drive strategic EDI initiatives, including system performance improvements, project delivery, resource planning, budget management, and technology roadmap development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on EDI implementation, support, or solution management experience, with strong knowledge of EDI standards and integration processes.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience managing teams in a global or multinational environment.
• Strong technical expertise in EDI platforms and integration technologies such as SAP PI/PO, SAP Integration Suite, MuleSoft, or similar middleware solutions.
• Proven project management, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills with experience delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.

Nice to Have:

• Experience managing global stakeholders, third-party vendors, and offshore teams.
• Experience with API integrations, cloud integration platforms, and hybrid architectures.
• Background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Order Management, Procurement, or ERP integrations.
