Lifely, an Australian ecommerce business, seeks a Business Development Manager for International Ecommerce & Trade based in the Philippines. You will drive cross-border growth across Australia, US, Asia, and Southeast Asia, shaping commercial strategy and hands-on execution.

Lead end-to-end deals with retailers, distributors, and partners; build a scalable pipeline; and coordinate with Ecommerce, Marketing, Product, Supply, and Finance to deliver revenue and margin growth.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in business development or market expansion.
• Proven B2B or trade results with revenue progression.
• Experience scaling ecommerce across multiple countries.
• Experience launching new markets or channels.
• Ability to build commercial cases with revenue, margins, and costs.
• Strong negotiation, proposal writing, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on CRM and forecast processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end opportunities from origination to revenue.
• Build international growth plans across priority countries and channels.
• Develop revenue with retailers, distributors, designers, and marketplaces.
• Lead cross-functional execution with Ecommerce, Marketing, Product, Supply, Finance, and Operations.
• Establish robust pipelines, forecasts, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with cross-border duties, taxes, and logistics.
• Report on assumptions, blockers, risks, and actions.
