Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy / Finance or related field.
• 1–2 years of working experience in accounts payable.
• Experience in a multinational company is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Oracle, MS Office (Word/Excel).
• Knowledge of accounting principles and standards; some accounting systems experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Track due diligence documentation and ensure timely completion.
• Identify and evaluate potential due diligence risks.
• Utilize ServiceNow, Bridger, D&B, DocuSign, and OneTrust for activities.
• Review Bridger sanction reports and assess risk or rejection.
• Monitor Level 2 Due Diligence Questionnaire responses.
• Review risk assessment summaries and approve/reject supplier entries.
• Support stakeholder queries on due diligence status and outcomes.
