Job summary

RELX is seeking a Service Delivery professional in the Philippines to ensure timely master data setup and amendments for suppliers, while aligning with P2P processes and SOX controls. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, strong English communication, and 1–2 years in BPO/shared services or related experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of master data activities: set up new suppliers, amend existing suppliers, and develop understanding of banking, tax reporting, payment terms, classifications, VAT/WHT P2P processes and systems compliance.
• Be accountable for meeting and prioritizing targets/deadlines to agreed standards and procedures; embed process improvements identified by invoice processing management to improve efficiency, effectiveness and quality and drive implementation.
• Ensure compliance to all P2P processes and procedures, ensuring SOX compliance for RELX P2P processes.
• Interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders to undertake master data setup/amendment activities; escalate issues to Invoice Processing supervisors as needed; intervene to see invoices through to payments.
