Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• At least 1 year relevant P2P experience in Travel & Expense/Royalty preferred.
• Fluent in French (speaking/writing).

Aufgaben

• Credit Control and Collections - Analyze aged debtor data and identify root causes of delays in cash collections, taking appropriate action to resolve outstanding payments.
• Financial Management and Control - Monitor and analyze data using established finance systems and protocols.
• Data Collection and Analysis - Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats.
• Organizational Risk Management - Gather, monitor, and analyze risk data and recommend further investigation.
• Document Preparation - Prepare moderately complex documents using standard office software and gather data for reports.
• Solutions Analysis - Find the most effective ways to respond to routine functional inquiries following procedures and precedents.
• Quality Assurance - Carry out relatively simple testing and quality assurance tasks.
• Operational Compliance - Develop knowledge of policies and regulatory codes and adhere to procedures.
• Personal Capability Building - Develop and maintain process or technical skills through training and coaching.
