Job summary

RELX International is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional in the Philippines to manage due diligence processes and supplier assessments. You will track, verify, and document activities using ServiceNow, Bridger, D&B, DocuSign, and OneTrust, while ensuring timely completion of all compliance tasks.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accountancy/Finance with 1–2 years of AP experience, preferably in a multinational environment; strong Oracle and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance or related field.
• 1–2 years working experience in accounts payable.
• Experience in multinational company is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Oracle, MS Office (Word/Excel).
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Track assessments and work with suppliers to ensure timely completion of all required due diligence documentation.
• Identify and evaluate potential due diligence risks.
• Review Bridger sanction reports and determine risk acceptance or rejection.
• Monitor Level 2 Due Diligence Questionnaire replies from suppliers.
• Support stakeholder queries on status of supplier due diligence activities.
