Qualifications

• 5+ years in project coordination, operations or production support in design/engineering environments.
• Ability to manage production teams across multiple disciplines.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management across time zones.
• Experience with project tracking and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Smartsheets or Planner.
• Familiarity with data centre design or similar critical infrastructure environments.
• Analytical mindset with emphasis on process improvement; Lean or Six Sigma exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects across time zones to ensure on-time, to-spec delivery.
• Analyze performance data and surface process gaps for improvements.
• Report insights to senior stakeholders and support continuous improvement.
