Sunnies Face is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to lead end-to-end demand planning for all cycles and growth regions. You will manage stock availability, collaborate with brand marketing, and drive improvements across the supply chain for international markets.

The role requires coordinating with partners, monitoring forecast accuracy, and ensuring timely product launches and compliance. Leadership and deep FMCG experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in FMCG customer supply chain operations.
• Proven experience in demand and supply planning.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end demand planning for all cycles across current Sunnies locations and growth regions.
• Champion day-to-day customer service for international partners, distributors, and resellers.
• Build demand plans from statistical forecasts for SEA and international markets.
• Identify outliers and integrate growth plans to meet targets.
• Lead demand planning with Inbound Logistics and Brand Marketing to ensure stock availability and compliance.
• Review forecasts and performance to identify reorder points and launches.
• Escalate issues and drive timely resolutions to supply chain gaps.
