Job summary

Sunnies Inc. is seeking a Demand Planning Officer to manage demand forecasting, inventory strategies, and replenishment for assigned brands. This role will collaborate with Merchandising, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate demand inputs and optimal stock levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in demand forecasting and planning.
• Strong knowledge of demand forecasting, replenishment planning, inventory management, and forecasting methodologies.
• Experience in inventory planning concepts such as Open-to-Buy (OTB), safety stock, ABC analysis, inventory turnover, months of cover, and replenishment planning.
• Experience working with ERP systems, planning systems, or inventory management tools; Excel proficiency is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into planning decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to supervise teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and monitor demand forecasts using historical data, trends and business inputs.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to validate demand assumptions.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and planning KPIs, identify variances and propose corrective actions.
• Oversee replenishment planning to maintain target inventory levels and product availability.
• Assist in S&OP facilitation and alignment between demand and supply plans.
