Job summary

Workstream is seeking an Operations Manager for Global Data Operations. You will lead a distributed team, manage lab operations and data capture, and ensure high-quality output while aligning with payroll processes.

Role is remote initially with transition to a local office later. You will collaborate with Recruiting and People Ops to maintain data integrity and compliance across markets in PH and the US.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Operations Management leading distributed or gig workforces.
• Experience managing global teams across multiple markets (PH & US).
• Technical proficiency with hardware and data collection systems.
• Strong focus on data quality, privacy, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a large, distributed team of contributors and potential team leads.
• Oversee a physical Workstream Lab and hardware setups for high-fidelity data capture.
• Run weekly Office Hours and Q&A to troubleshoot contributor issues.
• Monitor engagement and retention; minimize churn in month-to-month contracts.
• Coordinate with Recruiting for candidate criteria and equipment verification.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and timely payouts via Deel.
