Job summary

White & Case Global Operations Center Manila is seeking an Analyst, Global Data Compliance to support data integrity in the firm’s 3E system, reviewing and updating timekeeper and client/matter entries and coordinating with Legal and Administrative staff on modifications.

The role requires excellent written and verbal communication, meticulous data entry, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 1 year of experience in a BPO or Shared Services is preferred.
• Experience with Elite 3E is an advantage.
• Strong data entry skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Time and cost entry corrections, deletions and removal of duplicates.
• Process client/matter rate modifications per Global Pricing Guidelines.
• Review corrections of automated time and cost loads.
• Prioritize inquiries and follow up with appropriate parties.
• Update timekeeper records including billing rates.
• Maintain new client/matter rate exceptions and discounts.
• Ensure approvals and documentation are recorded in 3E per guidelines.
