Job summary

White & Case LLP is looking for an Analyst for their Global Data Compliance team in Makati, Philippines. The successful candidate will support data integrity, manage timekeeper and client entries, and ensure compliance with the firm’s pricing guidelines.

Candidates are expected to have a Bachelor’s degree, excellent communication and data entry skills, and preferably experience in the BPO or legal sector. This role involves proactive issue resolution and collaboration with legal and administrative staff.

Qualifications

• At least a year of experience in BPO or Shared Services industry preferred.
• Legal background is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables and Data Analysis).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for time and cost entry corrections and duplicate entry removals.
• Process all client and matter related modifications in compliance with pricing guidelines.
• Review and prioritize inquiries and necessary follow-ups.
