Job summary

White & Case LLP seeks an Analyst, Global Data Compliance in Manila to support data integrity in the firm’s financial system (3E). You will review and update timekeeper and client/matter entries, and coordinate with Legal and Administrative staff to ensure compliant processing of modifications.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking ability, and a detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Experience in a BPO or Shared Services environment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Time and cost entry corrections, deletions and duplicate removals.
• Process client and matter modifications to comply with Global Pricing Guidelines.
• Review corrections of automated time and cost loads and respond to inquiries.
• Update timekeeper records including billing rates and discounts.
