Job summary

AFRY is seeking a senior Data Analyst to join its commercial excellence team in Manila. You will turn large datasets into actionable insights, build Power BI dashboards, and collaborate with colleagues in the Nordics and Philippines to drive a data-driven culture.

You will translate business needs into reports, work with an international IT team, and help improve decision making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Excellent data management skills are required.
• Experience with Power BI and data integration from ERP/CRM systems.
• Knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel techniques.
• Experience in international business environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business requirements and insights.
• Analyze data and build dashboards; visualize trends and perform data modelling.
• Collaborate with product owners, data team and project managers to ensure reliable data solutions.
• Manage sales-related projects or system enhancements, including timelines and documentation.
• Think strategically to improve system efficiency and user experience.
