Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse
• SQL and Tableau experience required
• Three years of work experience in a process driven environment preferred
• Proven experience in working with structured data

Responsibilities

• Analyze dashboard requirements and develop standard Enterprise Intelligence views
• Participate in requirements collection, analysis, definition, and documentation activities
• Provide first line support for reporting and portal issues
• Deliver informal/formal hands-on training for internal departments
• Tune BI tools to meet the enterprise performance standards
• Document workload requirements, level of effort, capacity and status
