Job summary

ADEC Innovations in the Philippines seeks a Business Analyst to design and test dashboards under Analytics & Automation. You will translate data into actionable insights and support decision making across business units.

The role demands 3 years of BI experience, advanced Excel, and hands-on use of Power BI/Tableau, with SQL/ETL familiarity. BPO or manufacturing exposure is a plus. You will plan projects, maintain documentation, and help train teammates to ensure consistent analytics quality.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year program preferably related to Information Technology and Business Management.
• 3 years of experience with BI tools (PowerBI/Tableau/Domo and equivalents), business process, data analytics, or operations management.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel; advanced formulas, VBA, macros, and charting.
• Exposure to BPO and/or Manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Basic to average proficiency with ETL and SQL (SSIS/SSRS) is an advantage.
• Project management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage ETL and dashboard projects.
• Create, gather, and consolidate business data into insight-generating analyses and reports for decision-making.
• Aggregate raw data from different data sources using ETL tools and SQL as needed.
• Create dashboards and analyze data using MS Excel or Power BI and other BI tools.
• Maintain project plans and documentation for Analytics & Automation processes.
• Create training materials and train new business analysts in ETL and dashboard creation.
• Review daily reports, trends, and deliver proposals and progress reports.
• Collaborate with process owners and cross-functional partners to monitor action plans.
• Presents findings and recommendations to management and business leaders.
