Job summary

A Senior Data Analyst role based in the Philippines is part of Aon plc's APAC Data & Analytics function. You will build Power BI dashboards, use SQL and Python for data analysis, and partner with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights across the region.

You will design data solutions, validate data quality, and help improve reporting processes in a fast-moving, diverse environment. Strong communication and independent work style are essential for success at Aon.

Qualifications

Degree-qualified in business, IT, economics, statistics, CS, or data analytics.
7+ years in data analytics, BI, or data solution delivery.
Strong hands-on Power BI experience with dashboards, models, and visualisations.
Strong SQL skills for querying, transforming, validating, and reconciling data.
Practical Python experience for data analysis, automation, or analytics.
Experience with Databricks or modern cloud data platforms desired.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate priorities into analytic outputs and reports.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data visuals for APAC stakeholders.
Use SQL and Python to extract, transform, and analyze data across complex datasets.
Perform data profiling, quality checks, mapping, and validation to support reporting.
Troubleshoot data/reporting issues with tech and data platform teams.
Identify opportunities to automate and simplify reporting processes.
