Job summary

FedEx is seeking a Customs Clearance Coordinator to manage import/export activities in Angeles, Philippines. You will ensure compliance, maintain documentation, and deliver excellent service to clients while coordinating with customers, freight forwarders, and agencies.

The role requires knowledge of customs regulations, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail to support timely declarations and issue resolution.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review customs documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, packing lists and permits.
• Communicate with customers, freight forwarders and agencies to gather information and resolve inquiries.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies to facilitate clearance and resolve issues.
• Stay updated on regulations and tariff structures to ensure compliance.
• Submit accurate customs declarations and maintain proper documentation.
• Collaborate with operations, customer service and sales for smooth clearance.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
