As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary contact for our international customers, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and processing requests with empathy and professionalism. Training is paid, with opportunities for growth into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Education: High School graduate or equivalent; college undergraduates welcome.
• Experience: At least 1 year in BPO (Voice/Non-Voice).
• English: Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Availability: Willing to work shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries via calls, email, and chat from international customers.
• Assist customers with account creation, verification, updates, and order inquiries.
• Process orders, track shipments, and manage refunds/returns efficiently.
• Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshoot product issues.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM with accuracy and SLA compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to provide accurate information.
