Job summary

Accelleron Manila is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to deliver defined services to internal customers worldwide. You will handle quotations, order bookings, spare part purchasing, service orders, and ensure timely invoicing and data accuracy across ERP systems.

The role requires 3+ years in order handling with international partners, proficiency in Excel and Office 365, basic SAP knowledge, and willingness to work odd or extended hours in a diverse global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in order handling with international customers or suppliers.
• Strong English communication and cross-cultural awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide support on process quotations and register enquiries in local systems.
• Assist order booking in local ERPs and ensure correct delivery to addresses.
• Place spare part and service purchase orders; manage invoicing and costs.
• Maintain master data and monitor supplier performance against POs.
• Collaborate with service network and internal customers.
