Grace Global Business Services (GBS) Manila is seeking a Lead, Corporate Analysis & Reporting and Finance Systems (CARFS) to own corporate analysis and reporting, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness. The role partners with global finance teams to deliver schedules, reconciliations, and regulatory filings.

Approximately 20% of the role focuses on Finance Systems support, coordinating with SAP FICO, BW, BPC, and BlackLine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in corporate accounting or external reporting.
• Hands-on SAP (FICO, BW, BPC) and Blackline experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and month-end close processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead global finance analysis and reporting, and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Support monthly close, financial schedules, and internal controls.
• Act as audit point of contact; prepare schedules and respond to inquiries.
• Provide finance systems support across SAP FICO, BW, BPC, and Blackline.
