ING Hubs Philippines in Manila seeks a Cost Invoicing (AR) Specialist to support end-to-end invoicing, validate costs, and maintain billing records in line with internal controls.

You will collaborate with finance, operations, procurement, and business stakeholders across countries to resolve discrepancies and contribute to process improvements while supporting monthly and quarterly closings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in invoicing, billing, accounts receivable, cost control, or similar finance functions.
• Strong understanding of accruals, cost allocation, and revenue recognition.
• Advanced attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems. Experience with ERP platforms is an advantage.
• Certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are a plus.
• Banking industry experience is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, review, and issue accurate cost invoices based on agreed billing schedules and requirements.
• Validate recharge costs, intercompany charges, project expenses, and other billing inputs before invoicing.
• Investigate invoicing discrepancies, reconcile variances, and coordinate resolutions with key stakeholders.
• Maintain billing records, audit trails, supporting documents, and financial data.
• Produce management information reports, dashboards, and billing-related analyses.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Partner with business teams to gather cost information and manage invoicing-related queries.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and enhance billing accuracy.
