ING Hubs Philippines is seeking a Cost Invoicing (AR) Specialist to support end-to-end invoicing, validate costs, and maintain billing records. You will work with finance, operations, procurement, and global stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and contribute to improvements.

The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and process optimization within a centralized finance function in a global banking setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years in invoicing, billing, accounts receivable, or cost control in finance.
• Strong understanding of accruals, cost allocation, and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue accurate cost invoices based on billing schedules.
• Validate recharge costs, intercompany charges, project expenses before invoicing.
• Investigate invoicing discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders.
• Maintain billing records, audit trails, and supporting documents.
