Job summary

S&P Global Energy is seeking a Contract Commercial Support Specialist to streamline contract data entry in CPQ and manage global orders from creation to fulfillment. You will monitor case statuses, address escalations with Sales and Client Services, and ensure adherence to pricing, SLAs, and internal controls.

The role requires 2–3 years in contract management, strong English communication, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of contract management and order processing experience.
• Proven accuracy in data entry within CPQ or similar systems.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Strong analytical ability to track case statuses and processes.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform contract data entry into CPQ deals.
• Manage all global orders, including new orders, amendments, and renewals, with emphasis on complex accounts.
• Track the status of cases to ensure smooth processing from deal creation to invoicing.
• Monitor escalations from Sales, Client Services, and other teams for prompt resolution.
• Assist Sales with client inquiries regarding products, billing, and contract status.
• Provide contract management support and report deal statuses in BPM meetings as needed.
• Ensure adherence to CPQ procedures and service SLAs.
• Collaborate across the Energy organization to resolve issues promptly.
• Contribute to updating departmental processes and workflows.
• Document all activities and communications in CPQ for audits.
