Transcom is seeking a skilled Contract Management Specialist for its Pasig site. The role focuses on drafting client contracts, negotiating terms, managing amendments, and mitigating contractual risks across global outsourcing deals.

You will collaborate with IT, Legal, Finance, and HR to ensure compliant contract setup and execution. The candidate should have strong English drafting skills, experience in contract management, and the ability to navigate multi-country contracts while adapting to

Qualifications

• Experience in tender processes and contract negotiations.
• Knowledge of business law and data privacy regulations.
• Strong drafting skills in English for contract clauses and communications.
• English negotiation abilities and excellent communication skills.
• 4–5 years of contract/commercial management experience required.
• Willingness to work with international teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Draft client contracts and respond to requested terms.
• Identify business and contractual risks in new deals and propose mitigations.
• Participate in contract negotiations when required.
• Manage contract adjustments, edits, changes, and new volumes.
• Build and maintain internal networks to support client delivery.
• Assess service scope and prioritise requirements with risk considerations.
• Provide counsel on contractual obligations and corrective actions.
• Support subcontractor management and back-to-back agreements.
• Drive contract changes and amendments.
