Qualifications

• Experience supervising investigations including compliance-related, employment, and governmental investigations.
• In-depth knowledge of local ethical, conduct, and compliance-related risks, employee rights and obligations, and related laws.
• Extensive experience in employee relations and workplace investigations.

Responsibilities

• Support contract management teams across projects and accounts and work closely with account leadership, client commercial, and business stakeholders to understand client needs and priorities
• Collaborate with contract management staff across multiple projects, accounts, and geographies
• Help identify, escalate, and resolve commercial and contract risks and issues, working with CM and project leadership for the best outcome
• Support pre-award sales activities, including discussions with delivery teams on deal shaping, contractual outcomes, and contract drafting support
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client counterparts as a client-facing function
