Okada Manila is seeking a Contract Manager to ensure accurate drafting and timely completion of contract documents. You will interpret proposals, draft agreements reflecting negotiated scopes, and coordinate with Procurement, Legal, and other internal teams for approvals.

The role requires prior contract management experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to track and report on contract performance and savings.

• Ability to assess risks and ensure compliance across contract lifecycle.

• Draft and review contracts to reflect scope of work and negotiations.
